THE HEALING THERAPY

In Him we live and move and have our being – Act 17:28
It is obvious that medical practitioners only provide health care services, but healing itself comes from God. “I am the Lord who heals you” (Exo. 15:26 & Psalm 103:2-3).
No wonder the nutritionist call Him the Bread of life, the hematologist call him the greatest donor that ever lived, because His blood atoned for us all, saving us from eternal death. The Osteologist call Him the pillar of life, because He alone gives us the structure and support for life.
Even the pharmacologist in all their findings have discovered His Word as the greatest healing therapy (Psalm 107:20).
“For the hurt of the daughter of my people am I hurt” Jer. 8:21.

That is why HE is called the   High priest with the feelings of our infirmities in Hebrew 4:15.
Is there no balm in Gilead? Is there no physician there? Why then isn’t the health of the daughter of my people recovered (Jer.8:22). That is because He wishes above all things that we prosper and be in health according to 3 John 2:5.
It was certainly our sickness that he carried (Isa. 53:4), He took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses (Matt. 8:17). “But He was wounded for our transgression, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement for our peace was upon him and with his stripes we are healed.” (Isa. 53:5)
This is why I make boast of Him and call Him the Lord my healer, your healer and our healer. Indeed, He is JEHOVA RAPHA – The Lord That Heals.
