The Foreign Press Coverage Of The ENDSARS Violence Was Not Balanced - Muhammadu Buhari

President Muhammadu Buhari has stated that the foreign press coverage of the ENDSARS violence was not balanced, especially from CNN and BBC.

This was revealed in a statement on the President's official twitter handle @MBuhari. 

According to the President, the foreign coverage did not give attention to so many wrongs that were done in the course of the protest, such as the killing of Policemen, burning of Police Stations and even opening of prison's for inmates to escape.

The President stated that he was disgusted by the coverage. 

The twit reads;

It must be said that foreign press coverage of the ENDSARS violence was not balanced, especially from CNN and BBC. I was disgusted by the coverage, which did not give attention to the policemen that were killed, the stations that were burnt, and prisons that were opened.
