Youth leadership forum vows to exile anybody that works against Ayade

 


Governor Ben Ayade's decision to move to APC, has further received huge boost; as the forum of Cross River State young emerging Political leaders  have vowed to exile anybody in the state who fails to support the governor in his quest to ensure young people drive the Political future of the state.


Governor Ben Ayade who was the  special guest of honor at a dinner organised by the forum to appreciate and thank him for socketing the state to the centre by moving to APC.


To this end, the emerging Young Political Leaders Forum commended governor Ayade, the grand patron of the group for creating the Political space in the state for young leaders to emerge.


 Speaking at a very colourful event to honour the governor and the honourable Commissioner for works, Engineer Dan Osim Asu,who is the patron of the forum, the chairman of body, George Ajangson, said the forum is committed to supporting Ayade in his continuous quest to ensure young cross riverians play important roles in leadership process  in the state. 


He assured that young people will continue to advocate for good governance. 


In his words:" we are totally in support of the governor's decision to move to APC. I want to say here and clear that we have taken a decision and have vowed to exile anyone that refused to support Ayade. "


" Our emergency as a group was basically  to support the Governor achieve all his lofty goals for the state and the young people of the state and that is what we have expressed this evening with a dinner to appreciate our digital and loved governor."


Governor Ayade who was presented with an  outstanding award for good governance and his pro-youth policies, praised  young emerging leaders for their decision to support his government and assured them of his  total support.


Governor Ben Ayade,who was ably represented by the Attorney General and commissioner for Justice, Barrister Tanko Ashang, also thanked the forum for the award and promised that he would continue to support Young people in the state and assured them he will continue to expand his government for interest and development.


Earlier in her remark on behalf of her fellow commissioners, Dr Inyang Asibong,the commissioner for international development  commended the youths for the initiative and assured them of their support as long their efforts is to promote the interest of governor Ben Ayade's administration.


According to her the future of Cross River State will be in safe hands with the youths the Ayade administration is bringing up.


She prayed for the continuous success of governor Ben Ayade government.


In his response Engineer Dane Osim  Asu, commissioner for works who was also given an award by the forum  expressed  appreciation to governor Ayade for all his support and commended the governor for positioning young people as commissioners and leaders in his government.


"The whole evening today is about governor Ayade who has made everything happened, he is a great teacher, a leader . He is an industrial giant, a man with deep heart and intellect he is committed to putting food on the tables of Cross Riverians .


 "The whole of Nigeria knows him as salary pay master." he added


Osim Asu, who further posited "The whole of road project in Edo is less than 200 kilometers but Ayade has over 275 kilometers for one single road project, so it is very important tonight to celebrate this leader for his leadership and wisdom."


"I am totally in support of Ayade and would support him to the end and l appreciate the emerging young political leaders forum for this kind gesture and support to my principal."


There were over twenty commissioners present at the event to celebrate their boss and one of their own.
