A former councillor in Calabar South local government area of Cross River State, Hon. Anthony Duke has been kidnapped.
BHG-InfoDesk gathered that Hon. Duke was kidnapped along Akwanga road in Nasarawa state while on his way to Abuja the nation’s capital.

Duke was said to have left Calabar to Abuja on Tuesday evening in a private vehicle where the unfortunate incident happened.
Although his abductors are yet to establish contacts with members of his family as at press time, it is suspected that he may have been kidnapped by the Fulani bandits.
Duke is a member of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP and also the CEO, Calabar Blue Marathon.
