Nollywood veteran actor Yul Edochie has said that his prayer and birthday wish as he turns 40 years is that he should become the President of Nigeria in 2023.
The actor said this in a birthday post on his Facebook page while wishing himself a happy birthday on 7th January 2022.
According to Yul Edochie, his desire to become the next President of Nigeria in 2023 is so that he can wipe away the tears of his people.
He also thanked God for letting him see and celebrate another birthday and for all his blessings.
Recall that in February 2021, Yul Edochie had received endorsement for his Presidential ambition in 2023 from his father, Pete Edochie, a veteran Nollywood actor.
Yul, who ran for governor in Anambra State under the Democratic People’s Congress has hinted that he will seek election as Nigeria’s president in 2023.

Happy birthday to a man of peace and love.
I thank God for letting me see this day in my life.
I thank God for all His blessings.
All the prayer points and wishes I had many years ago God has answered all of them and even more.
And I'm grateful to Him.
I have just one more prayer point, one more birthday wishes as I turn 40 today.
Dear God, please make me the President of Nigeria in 2023 so I can wipe away the tears of my people.
