“Double wahala for dead body” as fire guts mortuary, see Nigerians reactions

A mortuary at the Agagbe Community in Gwer-west Local Government Area of Benue State has been gutted by fire.


BHG-InfoDesk gathered that the fire outbreak which occurred on Friday evening, led to the burning of bodies deposited at the morgue beyond recognition.

A resident of the community, Mr Ikyur, who spoke with our correspondent, said the cause of the fire incident has not been unraveled, saying “it was a shock to everyone”.

Meanwhile, some persons have taken to their social media handles, particularly Facebook to react to the incident.
