The Israeli military announced on Wednesday that four soldiers were killed during fighting in southern Gaza on Tuesday.
Among those killed was a female paramedic. Six other soldiers were injured, with three in critical condition, according to the military.
These deaths bring the total number of Israeli military casualties to 348 since the ground offensive in Gaza began on October 27.
