BREAKING: Bobrisky Detained at Police Facility, Spends Night in Custody




Popular crossdresser, Okuneye Idris, known as Bobrisky, is currently in detention at the Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID) Annex in Alagbon, Lagos. He spent the night in a cell after being arrested by the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) while trying to leave the country through the Seme border.


A source confirmed that Bobrisky was taken to the FCID for safekeeping after his arrest. The source said, "He was brought to the FCID around 10 p.m. on Monday. Immigration officers arrested him at the Seme border and brought him here. He has been in detention since Sunday."


The spokesperson for the FCID, Lagos, Mayegun Aminat, also confirmed Bobrisky's detention and said that arrangements were being made to keep him in custody.


Earlier, the spokesperson for the NIS, Kenneth Udo, stated that Bobrisky was a person of interest due to some recent issues of public concern. He added that Bobrisky was undergoing interrogation and would be handed over to the proper authorities for further action. The NIS assured the public that it would continue to act professionally in managing the country's borders.
