Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Graduate Trainee)

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve customer issues or complaints, escalating complex cases to senior team members when necessary.
Product/Service Knowledge: Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Customer Interaction: Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, providing personalized assistance, and ensuring satisfaction.
Training Participation: Engage actively in training programs designed to enhance technical and interpersonal skills relevant to customer service.
Data Management: Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system.
Process Improvement: Contribute feedback on common customer concerns or process inefficiencies to help improve service delivery.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Business, Communication, or related fields preferred).
Experience: No prior experience is required, though internships or part-time roles in customer service are advantageous.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Active listening and empathy.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
