We are currently looking for a restaurant supervisor who will be responsible for the effective day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards in food.

This role involves supervising staff, managing shifts, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

Job Description


General oversight of the day-to-day operations and production including internal and external quality assurance.

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Supervise and coordinate staff activities, including scheduling shifts and managing performance.

Maintain high standards of food and beverage service quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure timely stock replenishment.

Train and mentor staff to uphold the restaurant’s standards and improve team performance.

Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements and new policies.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company guidelines.

Prepare and submit daily operational and financial reports to management.

Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and excellent customer service.

Required Skills


Minimum of an OND or HND in a related field. A Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.

At least 2 – 3 years of proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food service industry.

Understanding of health, safety, and food hygiene standards as per Nigerian regulations.

Familiarity with inventory control and basic accounting practices.

Awareness of customer service best practices and conflict resolution techniques.

Knowledge on various marketing skills, social media branding and sales

Knowledge on Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.

Salary

N150,000 monthly.
