Job Summary
We are recruiting a Bank Teller for one of our clients, a reputable financial institution in Nigeria.
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join their dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of financial transactions and ensuring that customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate cash handling and record-keeping.
Provide customers with information regarding banking products and services.
Assist in balancing the cash drawer and preparing daily reports.
Ensure all transactions comply with the bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Promote and sell bank products and services to customers.
Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
OND/HND/NCE in any field.
Prior experience in a banking or customer service role is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Basic knowledge of banking procedures and financial products.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Salary
N138,000 per month.
