According to BBC News, on March 16th at 9:29 PM, the headline read: “Chicago River Turns Green for Saint Patrick’s.” This moment serves as a reminder that Saint Patrick’s Feast Day is not just a local observance but a truly global celebration.

As Patricians, this day holds deep significance for us. It is a time to reflect on the values instilled by our Alma Mater and the life of Saint Patrick.

His legacy of faith, service, and perseverance should continue to inspire our actions.

We must always strive to give back to the society that shaped us and uphold the exemplary lifestyle of Saint Patrick in our daily lives.

If we imbibe this outstanding character shown by this great missionary we will make a difference in our endeavor, and reach that milestones of becoming the Great Patricians we always refer our selves.

The essence of this celebration goes beyond parades and festivities—it is a call to embody the virtues of generosity, humility, and steadfast faith.

If you open any original diary to March 17th, you will find it marked as “The Feast of Saint Patrick.” Let this be more than just a date on the calendar; let it be a guiding principle for how we live and contribute to the world.

May we take this opportunity to celebrate, reflect, and renew our commitment to the values Saint Patrick exemplified. As we celebrate we should remember that, this is a global event.

St. Patrick, a missionary and bishop in 5th-century Ireland, he is globally recognized for introducing Christianity to parts of Ireland.

Born in Roman Britain in the late 4th century, he was kidnapped at the age of 16 and was taken to Ireland as a slave.

After several years, he managed to escape but later returned around 432 CE with the mission of converting the Irish to Christianity.
